7:20am Mass @ NDA – we invite all family members to join us.
2:15pm Release from Classes
3:30pm Coaches Meeting (Outdoor Adventure Center)
Race Times:
4:00pm Girls JV  – unlimited entries
4:40pm Boys JV –  unlimited entries
5:20pm Girls Varsity –  8 entries
5:50pm Boys Varsity – 8 entries
Awards Ceremony: There will be a brief ceremony following the conclusion of the final race after scores have been compiled.

Concessions and T-shirts

  • NEW THIS YEAR, in partnership with Festival Foods, UWGB will be selling concessions at the meet – there should be much better food options available
  • James Boyd Invitational t-shirts will be available for $20 – can be purchased with cash or Venmo

Parking:

  • Buses and Spectators MUST park in the Weidner Center parking lot.
  • The Outdoor Adventure Center parking lot is only available for handicap parking and event staff
  • Do not have bus drivers drop off teams in this lot.

Timing/Scoring Information:

  • Each runner will receive an RFID shoe tag, along with a bib to wear
    • Lost RFID shoe tags will be billed to the team at the cost of $15/tag
  • Scoring will be divided up between large and small schools for each race.  Notre Dame has been assigned to the Large Schools Division (see bottom of Race Announcement.)
  • Awards:
    • “Bag Tags” to top 5 boys and girls small and large varsity runners
    • “Bag Tags” to top 5 boys and girls small and large junior varsity runners
    • 1st place plaque to boys and girls large school varsity team champion
    • 1st place plaque to boys and girls small school varsity team champion

Team Camp

  • Teams can set up their tents/camps across the parking lot in the designated “Tent City.” There will be some garbage receptacles, but please have your team bag up their garbage and clean their area prior to leaving.

Bathrooms:

  • There will be porta-potties available for use near the starting area. 
  • The Outdoor Adventure Center will not be available for bathrooms.
