8:30am Board Bus from NDA
9:30am The course will open for athlete warm-ups
10:00am Coaches Meeting Division 1 – Held at the Finish Line
10:30am Coaches Meeting Division 3
11:00am Division 1 Girls Race
11:30am Division 3 Girls Race
12:00pm Division 1 Boys Race
Awards Presentation: will take place as soon as possible after the D3 boys’ race is completed. This will occur in the west parking lot/balcony area. D1 awards will be first and D3 to follow. We will recognize all State
Meet qualifiers- the two top team finishers and the top five individuals not on those qualifying teams.
Who Competes? Top 7 of each gender
Who Qualifies for State? Top 2 teams (of each gender) and the first five individuals who are NOT members of a qualifying team qualify to run at the State Meet.
Who is in our Sectional:? Ashwaubenon, Bay Port, De Pere, Fond du Lac, Green Bay East, Green Bay Preble, Green Bay Southwest, Kaukauna , Notre Dame De La Baie Academy, Pulaski, West De Pere and Manitowoc Lincoln HS

Directions to Meadow Links: I-43 to exit 154 – (Hwy 310) go east and follow to Johnston Drive. Turn right onJohnston Drive.BUS PARKING: Buses and spectators may park on Johnston Drive or surrounding neighborhood streets.
Concessions: There will be a concession stand located near the clubhouse.
Long Sleeve Sectional Shirts will be sold for $20 and can be found near the concession stand.
Team Tents: Team tent area is along Johnston Dr between the street and the running course. Please do not set up within 10 ft. of Johnston Drive.
Restricted Areas:
The flagged/roped off area around the finish line, the area immediately around the PT Timing van, the starting line, the bowling alley/clubhouse, and the awards balcony. These areas are only for appropriate competing athletes and meet personnel.
Miscellaneous Items:
Portable toilets will be available in the parking lot. Bowling alley/clubhouse bathrooms are off limits.
NO teams or fans are allowed to rent golf carts!
NO BICYCLES ALLOWED on the GOLF COURSE!
NO PETS (THIS INCLUDES EVEN FRIENDLY DOGS)
NO FRISBEES or FOOTBALLS
NO DRONES
Inform your runners to respect the property on the golf course; please stay off tee boxes and greens.
