Transportation:
- No buses to Seymour
- Adults must drive students to and from the meet. Forming carpools is encouraged. Parents must coordinate their own carpools and are responsible to arrange and approve of the transportation for their student.
- No students may drive to these meets, per school policy as they are “out of town” meets.
- Cross Country Coaches will meet athletes at the competition venue. There will not be a check out system at school with the coaches. (Students will be released by the main office with the understanding that parents will be picking them up.)
- We want your athlete to compete. If you are unable to arrange transportation, we will help find them a ride with a coach or with the parent of a teammate. Please contact Sarah Stumpf for assistance by Tuesday, Oct 4. Cellphone (920) 619-7640, Email rcssjf@msn.com.
Release Times/Parent Pick Up Times:
Who is participating? * Top 7 from Pulaski of each gender will likely be practicing at Notre Dame after school and not competing at Seymour. This will give additional athletes the chance to run Varsity this week! Coach Gard will let the athletes know who is running Varsity at Seymour.

4:45pm Boys Varsity
5:15pm Girls Varsity
5:45pm Boys JV
Awards at the Stadium as soon as possible

TEAMS: Appleton North, Appleton West, Ashwaubenon, Denmark, Fox Valley Lutheran, Freedom, Green Bay East, Green Bay Preble, Green Bay Southwest, Little Chute, Marathon, Marinette, Menasha High School, New London, Notre Dame, Oshkosh North, Oshkosh West, Peshtigo, Seymour, Shawano, West DePere, and Xavier.
COURSE INFO Teams and spectators should refer to the Course Map. Buses are asked to abide by the Directions and Drop Off Information and locations on the map. The course is 5,000m.
AWARDS The varsity teams will be broken down into 2 divisions based on WIAA enrollment for team awards. There will be a 1st place trophy for the boys and girls varsity races in each division. Varsity medals 1st-20th (based on all runners). JV medals (1st-10th) will be handed at the finish chute (based on all runners).
