I can’t emphasize strongly enough how critical summer running is to helping a young runner prepare for a more enjoyable fall CC season. Every runner has a different physical make-up, is at a different phase of their physical development (age, etc). However, following one of our plans throughout the summer will help each young person increase their fitness, confidence and friendships. We have posted running plans for runners (daily running plan) on our password protected TEAM INFORMATION page. (email lcullen@new.rr.com for username and password.)  Please join others for our summer running club (Mon, Tue, Thur, and Fri) or please consider following a plan we post on our CC website when you run at home.  Summer running club is for everyone – bring a friend – they don’t have to be on the team. Many students are still trying to figure out what sport or activity they might be interested in. Some are considering other fall sports or wondering whether they should try a sport at all. EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO RUN WITH US IN THE SUMMER! WE WANT YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS TO FEEL WELCOME.
